Magic Gins

No, not Harry Potter style magic: when we talk about magic gins we’re talking gins that either do something that well and truly wows, or we’re talking about gins whose ingredients or distillation process are so darn off-the-charts unique that we had to put them in a magic gins category all of their own.

So, here are some of our magic gins for you to try here.

Sharish Blue Magic

Hailing from Portugal, Sharish Blue Magic looks stunning: a magic potion bottle full, or so it seems, with the Mediterranean sea. But don’t be fooled: add tonic and the azure blue magically transforms into a dusky pink colour.

Just so you know, this is not just an all-natural gimmick either: this is a seriously lovely, lovely gin.

Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz

What happens when you combine classic Four Pillars Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia? We think it tastes wonderful – and looks fantastic too when you add tonic and it magically turns a brilliant pink.

Moonshot GinThat Boutique-y Moonshot Gin

Hey, what would happen if you sent these botanicals – Juniper, Coriander, Camomile Flowers, Fresh Lemon Peel, Cardamom, Dried Bitter Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Cubeb Pepper, Liquorice Root and Angelica – oh, and Moon Rock extracted from a lunar meteorite –into near-space (over 24km up) and exposed them to an air pressure of less than 1/100th of that at sea level?

Then, when they returned back to earth, vacuum distilled them to maximise their freshness and elegance?

You be the judge. We love it. Take a rocket ship to read (and watch) more about Moonshot Gin.

McQueen MochaMcQueen Mocha

Yes, you read that correctly.
